If the cargo company cannot reach you at the delivery address, a written notice will be left with the relevant information of the closest branch office. Using this notice you may collect your package from the specified office.
The shipping fee varies depending on the weight and size of the item. This fee is added to the total cost before payment is made depending on the country of delivery.
If your item is broken or faulty, use the returns process along with the assistance of Customer Service. Take a photo of the broken / faulty item or package at the time of delivery and make sure you have a report from the shipping company and e-mail it to within 24 hours of receiving it.
