Nude products are on sale at Paşabahçe and at certain design stores. You may click the link http://www.pasabahcemagazalari.com/magazalar/magaza-adresleri to find the stores where Nude products sold.
Do products cost the same as in stores?
Usually, sale prices at stores and online are the same, however there may be differences between sales channels in exceptional cases (i.e. stocks, discounts and special offer periods etc).
Is there a Gift Card?
We currently do not sell gift cards.
Which company name will appear on my credit card statement?
A reliable payment system partner of ours, PayU, will be stated on your bill.
What are the payment methods and instalment plans offered ?
You may pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards on our website. We do not have any bank transfer, EFT, payment at the door options or methods for orders placed on our website. Click here to see instalment options / plans that are specific to credit cards used in Turkey.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Orders placed on nudeglass.com are instantly prepared and dispatched. For this reason, changes or cancellations cannot be made on your orders.
What is the expected lenght of delivery of my order?
Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days and delivered in 1-2 business days within Turkey except rural areas. Delivery time may take 2-3 business days for international shipments.
How can I track my order?
By clicking on the link provided on your Order Shipped e-mail, you may track the order on the website of the cargo company at any time.
What happens if the cargo company cannot find me at the delivery address?
If the cargo company cannot reach you at the delivery address, a written notice will be left with the relevant information of the closest branch office. Using this notice you may collect your package from the specified office.
What is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee varies depending on the weight and size of the item. This fee is added to the total cost before payment is made depending on the country of delivery.
What should I do if my item is broken or faulty?
If your item is broken or faulty, use the returns process along with the assistance of Customer Service. Take a photo of the broken / faulty item or package and e-mail it to customercare@nudeglass.com within 24 hours of receiving it. In order to receive the refund on your credit card, please keep all ordered items along with the invoice.
I received the item but I am not satisfied. Can I return it?
You may return the item within 14 days if you are not satisfied with it. In order to proceed with the returns process, please send an e-mail to customercare@nudeglass.com or call our customer representative at +90 850 759 68 33. Please keep all the items along with the invoice in order to complete the return process.

Is VAT / sales tax included in the stated product prices?
Prices of all the products found on nudeglass.com include VAT.
I cannot see prices in my country’s currency. Why?
Pricing is listed in three different currencies on our website according to the country of shipment/delivery you chose : EUR in the European countries, TRY in Turkey and USD for all other countries.
Are customs duty fees included in the total cost?
Customs duty fees, and other costs vary from one country to another. Payments made for your item(s) include all customs duty fees, shipping fees and other costs. No other fees will be requested on delivery.
Can I exchange items that I bought on nudeglass.com at stores where Nude products are also sold?
No exchanges can be made on orders placed on nudeglass.com
To which countries can shipments be made?
We can ship worldwide. You can find your country of delivery on the website.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
All international orders are delivered within 2-3 working days after they are shipped. (Though in certain exceptional cases it may take up to 5 days)
How long does the return / refund process take?
In order for us to accept the return, we need to receive the item and check the returned goods. Your refund will be transferred to your credit card immediately after these checks have been completed.
