DELIVERY TYPES AND PRICES
Orders are sent by cargo during weekdays (apart from national holidays). Our cargo partner within Turkey is Aras Kargo and DHL outside Turkey.
Deliveries within Turkey will reach their destination within 3-5 working days. We would like to thank you for your patience during this period. Cargo fees for deliveries within Turkey are around 7 Turkish Liras. During certain promotional periods delivery may be free of charge. For areas in Turkey which are not considered central, delivery may vary from between 5 to 7 days.
For orders that are to be delivered internationally, the delivery price, taxes and other costs will be displayed as calculated on the basket page.
International deliveries will reach their destination in no later than 5 working days.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday according to the time they were placed.

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
No changes can be made to an order that you have already placed. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days in which to return an item or items via the original distributor of your purchase in the event that you are not pleased or satisfied with them.

You can return your product within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase/delivery without any reason so long as the product is unused. Please fill in the return form found on the back of the receipt and send it to the address shown below with a copy of your product’s receipt.
